🏨 Can I meet you at your resort?
Yes—some resorts or hotels charge an extra vendor fee to allow outside photographers on the property.

• This fee is not included in your session price.

• I’m happy to help you find beautiful public spots nearby if needed (Playa has so many!)

💳 How do I book my session?
To secure your date and time, a $50 USD deposit is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot.

• You can pay via link, credit card, or cash (USD or MXN).

• Once your deposit is received, your session is officially reserved—and I’ll send you all the prep info!

☀️ What’s the best time for a photoshoot in Riviera Maya?

Early mornings and sunset are best!

*6:00 to 8:00 am → Sunrise, beach are empty = dreamy light

* 10:00 am → A bit brighter, but perfect if you like to sleep in (bring sunscreen + sunnies!)

* 5:00–6:00 pm → Golden hour glow, right before sunset

  ⛱ Note: The sun doesn’t set into the ocean here, but it’s still beautiful!

👨‍👩‍👧 Big groups / Families of 6+

The cost depends on how many people will join the session. Just send me a message with your group size and I’ll send you a personalized quote.

🎒 What should I bring?

* Sunglasses (trust me, the light can be strong!)

* A small, light bag

* A little towel for sweat—it’s the Caribbean, baby 😅

👗 Can I change outfits?

Absolutely! Especially with the Full Experience package, you’ll have time to switch it up. Bring your outfits and I’ll help you choose the perfect moment to change.

📸 How do I receive my photos?

* You’ll get a preview link to select your favorite unedited photos within 5 days.

* Once you’ve chosen, I’ll deliver your final edited gallery within 7 days in a beautiful online album you can download and share.

 

🧷 Can I get the RAW files?

Yes!

* Price: $250 usd

* You’ll need to provide a cloud folder (like Google Drive) with at least 200MB of space.

* Files are delivered in .NEF format.

🖼 Can I get the full unedited gallery?

Yes!

* Price: $100 usd

* I’ll send all the JPGs from the session (unedited).

🎨 Can I get more edited photos than what’s included?

Of course!

* Extra edited photo: $15 each

* If you want a bundle, ask me! I’ll create a special price based on how many you’d like.

🌧 What happens if it rains?

We’re lucky—it rarely rains all day!

If it does, we can reschedule or offer you a full refund.

⏰ What if I’m late or can’t make it?

* Sessions start on time. I’ll wait 15 minutes if needed, but please be aware:

   → Arriving late means less time, fewer spots, and no refunds.

* Full refund if canceled at least 15 days in advance.

* For weather-related safety issues, you’ll receive a full refund or we’ll reschedule—no problem.
