I run every day photo shoots and several times per day.
What is the best time for a photo shoot tour in Playa del Carmen?
8:00h City /beach is empty
10:00h If you love to sleep longer, this is the perfect option for you! (Wear sunscreen and Sunglasses)
17-18h Before the sunset - golden hour (the sunset is not trhough the sea)
Some photo shoot tips:
* Bring sunglasses.
* If you bring a bag, It has to be light.
* Bring a small towel to dry sweat, this is the Caribbean baby :)
After our photoshoot
7 days after our photoshoot, I will send to you a link with the images to select your favorites and I will finish the last detail retouch, then you will receive a link to download and save it in your phone or laptop.
Can I get the RAW files?
Yes, raw files has an extra price of 250 usd, you must provide me a cloud account as google drive carpet to upload the files there with minimum capacity of 200mb (files named extension .NEF)
Can I get the full gallery undedited?
yes, full gallery in .jpg files unedited has an extra price of 100 usd
Can I get more edited pictures than the included ones in the package?
Yes, you can buy more pictures, special packages availabe depending on the number of pictures to get. Ask me for price.
What happens if it rains?
Luckily it hardly ever rains all day! We can always re-schedule or get you a refund.
What happens if I’m late or can’t I make it?
Cancellation policy below.
The photo shoot start on time! Unfortunately no refunds are available. The time for photoshoot and walk are perfectly calculated, I could wait 15 minutes if you are late. Be aware if we start late, we could not reach all spots or photos planned. It´s not possible to split the time because there are more photoshoots booked after.

For a full refund, cancel at least 10 days before the experience is scheduled to start.
Weather
If weather creates a safety concern, either before or during the photoshoot, we may reschedule or cancel the session. If this happens, you will be fully refunded.
